The Stellar FA Skills Acquisition Methodology highlights a foundational skill each week over 5 weeks, capped by a skills assessment circuit on the 6th week. Then we do it again, and then again.

Our curriculum emphasizes a core fundamental skillset that we believe youth players should focus on building. Our coaches have designed a wide variety of exercises and drills, which they can tweak to highlight the skill for the week, for example, dribbling, passing, receiving, or shooting.
As players grow and progress over time, the mental aspects of football such as game understanding, interpretation, vision, off-ball movement, etc, increase in importance... but players need to have a strong technical base as their foundation.
We systematically document our players' technical, physical, and mental capabilities, so that both player and coach have actionable feedback to achieve consistent improvement over time.

Success in football requires proficiency across a broad set of skills. While many coaches are able to assess their players, their feedback is often general and incomplete. We provide comprehensive performance feedback through:
specific ratings for 31 metrics across the Technical Skills, Mental Profile, and Physical Attributes categories
analysis of the changes in metric ratings over time
overall assessment of the player, summarizing key takeaways of development over the past 6 months and specific recommendations for improvement
Player profiles are shared with parents and players semi-annually, typically starting at the under-9 (U9) age bracket and up. We don't do formal assessments for U7 and below as it is generally too early to systematically measure skill performance at this age level, but if your young player is keen to improve from this early age, you may opt into the assessments.
We believe natural grass is better and safer for kids' joints and bodies than artificial turf, so we train on the grass fields of Club United (Parañaque), Ayala Triangle (Makati), and Cuenca Field (Alabang).

While the number of artificial turf pitches in Metro Manila continues to grow, these are of inconsistent quality. Badly-laid turf is painful to fall on, and can increase the likelihood of knee and ankle injuries. Under extreme sunlight, crumb rubber pitches can get as hot as asphalt, and also release toxic chemicals.
That's why we aim to maximize the number of training sessions on natural grass, relying on turf pitches only when grass is unavailable due to maintenance or adverse weather. Our main facility is the grass pitch at Club United, located at Moonwalk Access Road, Merville Park Subdivision, Parañaque.
Also, Club United, Ayala Triangle, and Cuenca Field all have rest and refreshment areas next to them, where parents and guardians can wait comfortably while their kids enjoy training with their teammates and coaches.
